A focused signal, not another browser tab.
Keep a tall, calm media relay above your workspace without turning your desktop into a feed.

FollowFrame / local media relay
FollowFrame turns posts, Reels, photos, videos, and Stories from accounts you follow into a focused 9:16 desktop relay for Windows.
Keep a visual pulse nearby while you work, refresh on your terms, and keep the source session on your Windows device.

Three minutes to a calmer desktop
FollowFrame stays intentionally small: one portable app, one local session, and a focused media surface when you want it.
One Windows x64 file. No installer or companion service.
Use your own local session only when you choose to start the relay.
Use the small playback console, refresh on demand, and keep work in focus.
FollowFrame is a private, always-ready media relay: real app windows, no browser tab takeover, and no cloud account layer.
Keep a tall, calm media relay above your workspace without turning your desktop into a feed.

Shape content, refresh timing, playback order, sound, and always-on-top behavior from one compact console.

Bring in new followed media while the current visual anchor stays present and uninterrupted.

Connect inside the app on first launch. The download includes no account, tokens, browser profile, or cloud relay.

FollowFrame keeps the source session on your machine and avoids common public-site data exposures.
Every Windows user connects their own Instagram session inside the app.
Runtime reports stay in the local app-data folder.
Public screenshots use sanitized app states only.
The site never packages local browsing profiles.
The public bundle contains no session material.
The Instagram login belongs to the current Windows user.
Portable single EXE for Windows x64. No installer, no account bundle, no extras.

Open PowerShell in the folder where you saved the EXE, then run:
Get-FileHash ".\FollowFrame-Single-Exe-0.2.12-win32-x64.exe" -Algorithm SHA256Compare the returned hash with the SHA-256 shown above, or use this automatic check:
$expected = "60C3CB32C2E4C5149E8829DF0DE00F7465FC246748F41A1CE50A4DE775EFF4C2"; $actual = (Get-FileHash ".\FollowFrame-Single-Exe-0.2.12-win32-x64.exe" -Algorithm SHA256).Hash; if ($actual -eq $expected) { "Checksum verified." } else { "Checksum mismatch. Delete this file and download it again." }It reports whether this downloaded EXE matches the published checksum.
Yes. FollowFrame is built for viewing Instagram posts, Reels, photos, videos, and Stories from accounts you follow in a floating Windows desktop frame.
No. The public download is a single Windows x64 executable.
It may. The current build is a portable Electron executable and can show an unsigned-app warning.
No. First launch on a new Windows user needs a local Instagram login inside the app.
No. FollowFrame is an independent desktop utility and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.
With permission, the site records a page view plus generic download/support click events. The download server also counts completed full EXE responses without cookies or visitor identifiers. Neither path sends Instagram account names, media URLs, or local paths. Website analytics permission can be reviewed or withdrawn at any time from Analytics settings in the footer.
Not by default. An optional setting can share one anonymous active-use heartbeat per day using a random app ID, the FollowFrame version, and Windows/x64. It never includes an Instagram account, media, URLs, local paths, or diagnostics, and disabling it deletes the local anonymous ID.
